There were made some studies in 2006 at the enterprise „Fruit Nurseries” on the root system development and architectonic into the soil of the „knip-baum” apple trees in the first and second field of the nursery. As object of study served the varieties: Golden Reinders, Jonagored and Idared that were grafted on the rootstock M 9. As a result of the investigations made, the root system of the apple trees grown in the second field increased with 1,44 and 3,33 unlike the lenght and weight of the benchgrafted roots in the first field of the fruit nursery. The greatest numbers of the roots of the apple trees in the fruit nursery were distributed in layer soil of 0-20 cm. |
