The article is devoted to the relevant nowadays question of an alternative way of dispute resolution (mediation), in particular, to the principles, underlying in the base of mediation idea. The article presents a number of facts, significative about the necessity to increase understanding of the guiding principles of conciliation and the assigning to the principle of trust a legal status, as a basis for the legal regulation of relations in the sphere of organization and mediation using as an independent method of resolving legal disputes. |
