Rezumat | ||||||
In the present article, on the basis of modern management theories, are considered the leadership and team work in organization. The issues of change management are examined in the present paper. The conclusions are made on coping with this problem through the organizational development and corporate culture with an example of the range of national enterprises. The attention is focused on the formation and development of efficient teams, team roles and the possibility of using of team’s importance as a strategic factor for business organizations efficiency. |
