In the article authors emphasizes the timeliness of problem of breast cancer, morbidity, mortality, disability, necessary of integrated rehabilitation. Authors attest psycho-physiological, psiho-social disorders, dyssomnias at patients with breast cancer. It were described predisposing factors of “psyho-oncological” syndrome, clinical description, necessary of psyhocorrection, resistance to oncological state. The authors argue a new direction in medical psychology-psyhooncology. The article cerdents own researches of authors in domain of evaluation of psyhodiagnosis at patients with breast cancer in a period of integrated rehabilitation.
