The present article describes the essence and the meaning of the organizational culture. Experience of several national companies and firms analyzed on the basis of the concepts and models that were studied and given by the famous researches. The conclusion that the organizational culture is an essential and important factor for the sucessful development of those companies and firms is made. The article describes the relevance, meaning and significance of cross-cultural management. |
