Problema motivaţiei semnului glotic se situează tot mai mult în vizorul lingvisticii europene, în direcţia creării chiar a unei noi discipline, lingvistica motivaţională. În Dicționarul frazeologic motivațional, Chișinău, Bons Ofiices, 2023, a cărei autoare este subsemnata, se propune conceperea genezei unităţilor polilexicale stabile prin indicarea tipului motivației – cea extralingvistică, precum și prin aspectul originii lor, ele fiind indigene şi generale. Expresiile stabile de proveniență străină sunt considerate ca fiind generale unui mare număr de limbi. Iar celelalte unități polilexicale stabile trebuie privite ca fiind indigene, avându-şi originea în limba română, chiar dacă au corespondente în alte limbi. Atestarea lor ca fiind similare în terţe limbi poate fi explicată prin varia motive. La apariţia lor, unitățile polilexicale stabile au fost iniţial unităţi de limbă denominative, motivate, în cazul în care denumeau anumite fapte concrete din lumea ambiantă sau unităţi conotative, motivate, în cazul când vorbitorul îşi exprima atitudinea faţă de un fapt concret din viaţă. Pe parcurs, odată cu evoluţia limbii şi a societăţii, unele frazeologisme motivate au şi rămas motivate, componentele lor sau unul din ele păstrându-şi sensul. Explicaţia constă în faptul că doar aceste unităţi de limbă pot denumi anumite realităţi: anumite valori lexico-gramaticale, eliminarea echivocului etc. Articolul de față de față ne vom opri asupra unor componente ale frazeologismelor date care exprimă unele simboluri și motiveme indigene românești, ele constituind parte a lingvoculturii poporului român.

The problem of the motivation of the linguistic sign is more and more in sight of European linguistics, in the direction of even creating a new discipline, motivational linguistics. In the Motivational Phraseological Dictionary, Chisinau, 2023, whose author is the undersigned, it is proposed to conceive the genesis of stable polylexical units by indicating the type of motivation - the extralinguistic one, as well as by the aspect of their origin, they being indigenous and general. Stable expressions of foreign origin are considered general to a large number of languages. The other stable polylexical units are to be regarded as indigenous, having their origin in Romanian, even if they have correspondences in other languages. Their similarity in the third languages can be explained by several reasons. At their emergence, stable polylexical units were originally denominative, motivated language units, where they denoted definite facts in the surrounding world, or connotative, motivated units, where the speaker expressed an attitude towards a certain fact in life. Along the way, as language and society have evolved, some motivated phraseological units have also remained motivated, their components or one of them retaining their meaning. The explanation lies in the fact that only these language units can name certain realities: certain lexical and grammatical values, elimination of ambiguity, etc. The present article will focus on some components of the given phraseologisms expressing some Romanian indigenous symbols and motifs, as they are part of the linguoculture of the Romanian people.
