This article aims to analyze the problems faced by educational institutions through the lens of ensuring the right to education. Nowadays, what seemed impossible has become possible: schools without students, departments without teachers, universities without students, etc. Some would say that chaos has been established, others that it is a maturity test, it is a shift of paradigm, and it is another challenge that the educational system must address. Many decisions, regulations, provisions, scenarios, etc. invaded the educational system and the public space became the battle place of debates on possible solutions to the problems caused by the pandemic crisis. The normality of the educational system changed and the institutionalized education tested in the current formula, must ensure the right to qualitative education.
