Employee recruitment is regarded as one of the most critical steps in personnel policy. Thus, the authors set out to conduct research using several research methods, including the analytical method, webography analysis using the search engines Web of Science and Google Scholar, the method of comparison, the method of synthesis, the method of inference, and the method of induction and deduction.
