Rezumat

The ERASMUS + ReSTART project – “Reinforce entrepreneurial and digital skills of students and teachers to enhance the modernization of higher education in MOLDOVA” was carried out between 2017 and 2021 (http://www.restart-eu.upb.ro/). The general objective of the project is to modernize entrepreneurship education in five universities in the Republic of Moldova (including USM) in accordance with the best practices of the European Union, by capturing local market expectations and capitalizing on ICT, mixed teaching and learning activities based on internationalization, strategic partnerships and innovative cooperation. Nine partner institutions were involved in the project – four organizations from the European Union (University Politehnica, Bucharest - project coordinator; Technical University of Košice (Slovakia); University of Ruse “Angel Kanchev” (Bulgaria); The Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie – Central and Eastern Europe Office (Romania)) and five beneficiary institutions from the Republic of Moldova – Moldova State University – national coordinator of the project; “Alecu Russo” State University of Bălți; Academy of Economic Studies Moldova; State Agrarian University of Moldova; “Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu” State University of Cahul. The main results obtained within the ReSTART project and the generated impact consist in: modernization of 30 university courses for master's programs in Business Administration at the five universities in the Republic of Moldova, including 6 university courses at USM; elaboration of the syllabuses of the modernized courses and their placement on the Moodle educational platform; participation of 60 teachers from the Republic of Moldova in two training sessions for teachers, organized in the European Union in Bucharest and Košice; realization of 6 Teaching Sessions of European teachers for master students from Moldova; elaboration and presentation by Moldovan masters of 50 innovative business plans within 4 editions of the International Competition of Innovative Business Plans; organizing and carrying out the multitude of project support and promotion events, such as - “Multiplier Event”, Information Sessions, Follow-up and Focus-group, etc. A significant contribution in the carrier orientation activities for master students had different stakeholders involved in the ReSTART project activities.
