A public-private partnership is a contractual agreement through which a private party performs part of the functions of the state to achieve social and economic goals, assuming the associated risks. The interest of the private party is to receive remuneration from the public partner in accordance with predetermined performance criteria through user fees and/or from the public budget system. In many countries, the public-private partnership has become a tool to improve the efficiency of ensuring the access of members of society to high-performance education services. The contribution to the continuous training of the country's cadre potential and the innovative development of the national economy have become important strategic tasks in this field. Public-private partnerships in the sphere of education can take a wide variety of forms that are adaptable to public policies in the fields of economy and education, as well as the confluence of the training services market. The investigation carried out comes to present the international experience in this field. |
