Etiopathogenic role of throat microbial flora in chronic tonsillitis
Chronic tonsillitis is one of the basic problems of otorhinolaryngology practice worldwide. One of the main etiopathogenic factors in the development of chronic tonsillitis is the microbial factor. Examining sources of literature we can say that throat microbial flora is quite diverse and can be found as a monoculture, as well as combinations of microorganisms. In case of chronic tonsillitis was appreciated that in the pharynx more frequently were found Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, hemolytic streptococcus group B, diplococi and tetracoci, mycelium of the genus Candida. |
