Ensuring the protection of the rights of children from vulnerable families in any circumstances requires special atten-tion, establishing the real situation of cases of violations of children’s rights, which is not admissible for a rule of law and democracy. In most cases when there is a serious violation of children’s rights, many of them do not end up being examined by a court, whether it is the fault or negligence of the social worker or pedagogue who spends the most time. with a minor in question. Throughout the historical development of children’s rights, the primary element is the family, characterized as a natural and fundamental element of society. In this context, we would like to point out that the parameters of parents’ rights and obligations have not been clearly defined in the Convention on the Rights of the Child (hereinafter CDC), which are subject to flexibility in the application of the principles of this treaty. Therefore, the concept of parental responsibilities should be reflected and defined in domestic law, using the CDC framework.
