The article presents the Paradigm of professionalization of teachers in the system of continuous professional training, where the essential components represent the Conceptual and methodological framework of professionalization of teachers, the Professionalization framework, Quality Education, targeted from the conceptual, methodological, managerial / organizational dimensions. The analysis of the specialized literature demonstrates that the evolution of the paradigm concept appears as an efficient solution for the improvement of the situation in the system of continuous professional training of teachers. Self-motivation is the status of the learner, significant changes in their knowledge in the continuing education program. |
