The text deals with the specifics of the professionology treated with the function of evaluating the professionalization of teachers. Thus, in such a perspective the field of "pedagogical education" is considered not only as a part of the professional education, but also as a state, as a socio-cultural dignity, as a functioning and as a development of pedagogical professions and specialties, which requires a different approach (not only pedagogical) to this phenomenon, an approach that positions professional competences in pedagogical professions and specialties. On the basis of these clarifications, the qualitative professional expertise of the pedagogical education process is carried out through the perspective of evaluation of pedagogical activity. |
