Rezumat

The purpose of this study is to identify the features of the communicative activity of the Public Association in the context of marketing, identify key areas and existing problems on its development. The object of the study is the Public Association "Media Birlii- Uniunia Media". The subject is the "assortment portfolio" of services and communication activities of the Public Association "Media Birlii- Uniunia Media". On the market of consumers of information services the analysis of the conducted studies shows the active communication activity of the Public Association “Media Birlii – Uniunia Media”, for the period 2020-2021. Qualitative conclusions indicate that the systematization and program approach of communication activities should allow the Public Association “Media Birlii – Uniunia Media” to intensify the achievement of the goals and objectives; take the leading position in the information market, the strengthen degree of brand identification on the minds of consumers with high professionalism and quality of services, to expand the boundaries of the consumer market.
