A distinctive feature of the work is the analysis of a very wide range of problems from the analysis of doctrinal judgments, principles that contribute to the emergence of unnamed contracts, the legal nature and specifics of unnamed contracts, and to the results of a detailed study of very rare criteria for distinguishing unnamed contracts with other types of contracts in the Republic of Moldova and in other states. In this case, such an approach is completely justified, since all problems are considered from a unified standpoint of non-equilibrium legal systems. The chosen point of view turns out to be original in many respects, which allows the author to approach the analysis of the key problems of civil law from a new angle.
