Rezumat | ||||||
The pace of life of modern society, current socio-economic transformations, political situation, environmental status, and the increased impact of information to which we are involuntarily exposed affect the psychological health of human beings, their emotional well-being, influencing the power and mechanism of activity of personal resources. Thus, in the contemporary society, the discrepancy between the adaptive psychological resources of the individual and the exigencies reached at a maximum level from the environment (both natural and social) has increased and acquired new characteristics. In this context, the content of personal resources determines the development and successful adaptation of the personality to the new environmental conditions, which contributes to maintaining the homeostasis of the body and its optimal functioning. |
