Development of global information society, especially in countries that are not ready from economic and social points of view, like the Republic of Moldova, is a difficult and time-consuming process. The most important achievements of our republic are: development of legislation according to the recommendations and activities of international organizations, especially of the European Union, as well as planning policies at national level, that foresee long-term development of information society, e-governance and ICT. Academy of Sciences of Moldova offers information services for the entire scientific community in Moldova, due to expertise of science and innovation projects by means of an information system.
