Rezumat

The implementation of quality management system in the Republic of Moldova is in its initial phase, while economically developed countries have been using its principles for a long period. The clarity and transparency of the organizational structure and processes lie at the basis of implementing the quality management system. The quality management system which is practiced consistently should assure the checkup of the technical, organizational and human factors which influence the quality of goods and services, as well as avoidance of errors by having a transparent system of products and well-defined relations. The application of quality management system in the S.E. ISDI. lies within delivery of information services, scientific research and technologic transfer in the field of information and communication technologies.
