Constantin Stere has launched himself in law science with his University degree thesis „Evolution of personality and the notion of person in law. Sociologic and Juridical Research”, defended on June 22, 1897. In the paper Constantin Stere set forth his ideas concerning the necessity and modalities of reformation of the higher law school, which had a special signification the future lawyer, gave to the place and role of law science in human society. In the thesis the problem of state and law origin is dealt with, the author referring to the notion of person of law, conceived in the Antient Roman law, describing its modern conception. |
