Starting with this issue, we suggest to the readers’ attention a number of scientific articles, which will be published in the National Law Journal, dedicated to especially interesting and controversial problems concerning the scientific work and professional carrier of our precursor Constantin Stere, a great constitutionalist – a subject of scientific research that will finalize with a doctor habilitat thesis of Raisa Grecu „Conception of Human Rights and Liberties in the Juridical Work of Constantin Stere”. The choice of the investigated theme is reasoned by the fact, that in our opinion the scientific works in the field of law, especially constitutional law and general juridical theory, belonging to the late Full University Professor Constantin Stere are not studied in detail, some of them have not been studied at all. Firstly, we will start with some bibliographic data, used, commented and analyzed in a series of scientific articles written by the Associate Professor Raisa Grecu and published in the Journal under the supervision of Academician Ion Druţă and Full University Professor Gheorghe Avornic.
