In present paper is revealed the European identity problem which can take place at three main levels: national state, supra-national and local. For governments and political forces of the European countries, construction of European identity becomes the key issues that are important for the effective functioning of the European Union. But with all this construction of European identity has been and remains a very difficult task, given that, historically, the idea of a supranational community at the grassroots level is not formed. Actions radicals is another factor that pushing the prospect of forming a common European identity inhabitants of the continent.
