Leadership in education, more often is associated with educational management, in fact, it is more than the relationship of administration, organization, it is an interrelation that characterizes the leader as a promoter of qualitative changes in education. In this context, the state’s educational policies manage the continuous development of teachers / leaders in order to make the educational process more efficient. The transformational leader in education is emotionally intelligent: emotionally balanced, he is the one who motivates in career, he contributes to the increase of the performance and the inspiration of the group members. |
