This article is a study dedicated to the examination of the prerogatives of the state security agencies and the determination of the role of these agencies in the period of the Coronavirus pandemic. For achieving this objective, I analyzed the domestic legislation, the attributions and domains of activity of these agencies, their activity during the period of the state of emergency, the importance of their activity in the Republic of Moldova in the current period and the state’s actions for preventing the spread of the coronavirus pandemic. I also noted the importance of the state security agencies in this activity. |
