| Rezumat | ||||||
This article is dedicated to analysis of how the organizations existent „between the state
and market” are defined. It focuses on the two main approaches of what is generally refered to as
the „Third Sector”: the american one, which stresses its „non-profit” quality and the european
one, which concentrates on its social orientation. The two dominant definitions are then
juxtaposed, to reveal the difference between them, according to some certain criteria.
