| Rezumat | ||||||
This article analyzes theoretic, methodological, and strategic aspects the process
of world order formation and the structure of the international system after the end of the
cold war. It is determined that the current world order it is characterized polycentric. It
means that there are three major power centers, as NAFTA, APEC, and EU witch
determine the configuration of globalized world. It is expected that the current structure
will take two-three decades and it is less probably that will ever appear another
superpower able to compete fully with the USA.
