Rezumat

The possibility of carbazole-containing polymers sensitization with transition metals’ phthalocyanines (MPc) is investigated in this work. Carbazole-containing polymers are well known for their photoconductive properties [1-3]. In this study have been used classical carbazole-containing polymers such as poly-(Nepoxypropilcarbazole) (PEPC), N-vinylcarbazole copolymers with higher alkenes and Ncarbazolylethylmethacrylate copolymers with alkylmethacrylates (CEM:OMA) [2,3]. The synthesis of these polymers and copolymers was realized according to well known methods described in literature [1-3]. Transition metals’ soluble phthalocyanines were synthesized for the first time by us according to an original scheme. Samples used in our investigation have been prepared in the form of thin films, deposited from polymer solutions in tetrahydrofuran. Prepared samples contained 5-15% MPc or 2,4,7-trinitrofluorenone (TNF) as sensitizers. Triple compositions containing carbazolic polymer, MPc and 12 % TNF were prepared as well. After deposition all films were dried on air and in vacuum oven at 40°C. The investigation of spectral photosensitivity showed that samples containing TNF or/and MPc possess photosensitivity in the whole range of visible light spectrum (until λ = 750 nm). Samples on the basis of PEPC or CEM:OMA copolymer sensitized with TNF are sensible until λ = 650 nm. Phthalocyanine containing samples possess a second sensitivity maximum at λ = 700 nm. It was possible to record holographic images on the developed light sensitive materials using corona discharge and coherent red light (λ = 630 nm) of He-Ne laser.
