Specific guidance to pupil’s scholar and professional management presents an inherent component of scholar assistance. Scholar guidance is based on the unit of ternary family-child-school. It is concerned with the assignation of a certain harmonization between those three terms following the purpose of an effective education and an optimal child’s personality development. In order to assure the efficiency of career planning process of the teenagers it is necessary to implement an integrated approach. Both tutors and parents could serve as effective support within the decisive career planning process. A sample o f tutorial classes ’ curriculum and parents ’ involvement activity program are offered in this paper.
