End of the marriage through divorce in modern society became a common phenomenon, accepted, and looked as a solution for situations when spouses cannot live together anymore. Ways of divorce developed in last period, having as an aim to simplify to the maximum of the procedure stated by the law. If amendments of the law reached the aim time will tell, but for the beginning there are some landmarks that arise some questions and which we will analyze in this article. |
