Rezumat

În acest articol facem o trecere în revistă a unor delimitări conceptuale, a competenţelor de bază ale leadershipului, culturii organizaţionale a şcolii, modelelor de leadership, stilurilor personale de conducere ale liderilor. Totodată, oferim un exerciţiu de determinare a profilului managerial / de leadership.

The article reviews some conceptual delimitations, basic leadership skills, organizational culture of the school, leadership models, personal styles of leaders, exercise to determine the profile of the managerial / leadership style
