Dance is one of the sports that develops the somato-functional parameters of the individual and, at the same time, induces morpho-adaptive adaptations at the level of all the systems involved in the motor activity - the locomotor system, the insurance systems (cardiovascular, respiratory systems etc.) and movements control (the nervous and endocrine systems. The article reflects the processes of adaptation, the changes that take place at the level of organ systems at dancers, the movement of internal organs that are related to the type of dance. The biomechanics of the internal organs during dance movements carry an individual imprint. |
