| Rezumat | ||||||
Road safety offences represent the totalty of criminal acts, which were enforced to protect one of the most important social value — which is the safety of the driving on public roads. This category of offences was created as an apart group in the Criminal Law system as a result of increasing of the number and diversification of the violations produced in the road driving domain, increasing of the danger rate of them and the necessity of prompt and efficient interference of the legislator to assure an adequate protection of the threatened social value. |
