This work is dedicated to the synthesis and spectroscopic study of a series of 3-aryl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehydes and their derivatives with isonicotinic acid hydrazide. Acetophenones phenylhydrazones were synthesized from a series of acetophenones by their condensation with phenylhydrazine. The obtained compounds were converted to 3-aryl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole4-carbaldehyde by the Vilsmeier reaction. The method of synthesis of pyrazole-4-carbaldehydes was modified using the phosphorus pentachloride as a reagent to obtain the Vilsmeier reagent. Afterwards, 3-aryl-1-phenyl-1Hpyrazole4-carbaldehydes were condensed with isonicotinic acid hydrazide. The structure of the obtained substances were been confirmed by IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopic analyzes. |
