Rezumat

The present paper is developed by using special Telemetrix equipment during testing in explotation. For the study of working specs of gasoline fuel injection systems in various loading regimes regarding fuel injection duty and air intake pressure. By using a 3G connection and a special antenna in order to transfer collected data to a remote cloud, there were achieved operational results which were graphically displayed. Mathematical expressions were also obtained due to the trend lines which describe the actual values recorded during the experimental tests. The main objective of this research paper is to present new available instruments in passenger cars self-diagnosing and remote repair processes as well as some results in experimental testing done by electronic data scanning and digital recording. Also obtained data was post-processed and studied. Specific objectives consist in proper connections of the instruments and cables to the electronic control unit. Besides the connections control there is a protocol to be handled in wireless communication between the transreceiver and the remote cloud in which data are stored and post-processed. The obtained data during the practical research have the tendency to increase the increment value, so trend line for each real value is a linear or a polynomial curve with the mathematical description attached. Load charging of the engine is manifested through both air intake pressures in the manifold and by the fuel injection duty. Further studies are estimated to shoe regarding higher loads.
