In the process of elaboration of a new legal act, the necessity of co‑ordonating the new regulations with those, which existed previously, is very important. Through the elaboration of new legal norms it is aimed to cover a void in the legislation, to make the legal norms that are going to be in action more complete or to modify them. In the situation when the will of the legislator concerns the replacement of certain legal regulations with new ones, it is necessary to make more precise in the new act, which elements of system of legislation are going to quit their action. This technical option is realized through abrogation |
