Rezumat

The article describes methods for improving the quality of milk: it is necessary to optimize the breed composition of the herd, the age of animals, take into account the stage of lactation of cows; use rations with the normalization of energy, protein and other nutrients; include in feed diets, contributing to the normalization of cicatricial digestion; create optimal conditions for keeping cows and follow the rules of machine milking.
