There is no unanimity of opinions regarding the place of financial responsibility in the legal responsibility system. The financial responsibility is regarded as a type of the administrative responsibility, as a distinct form of legal responsibility, as a form of legal responsibility in development, either as distinct forms of legal responsibility are considered the fiscal, budgetary, currency and the responsibility concerning the relations between the National Bank and financial institutions. We consider the financial responsibility as a distinct form of legal responsibility, which contains the following under forms: fiscal, budgetary, currency and the responsibility concerning the relations between the National Bank and financial institutions. |
