Recently, the republic of Moldova celebrated its 15th anniversary since the Declaration of Independence, which proclaimed the republic of Moldova — sovereign state, independent and democratic. One of the main elements of the democratic state is the judicial system and power, which, actually has to assure the legality in the society, the respect of the rights and the citizen’s freedom, and at last, assures the achievement of all reforms in the society. When our country affirmed it self as an independent state, as a state by right, democratic, it implemented also some reforms, among them the law and judicial reform. The purpose of the law and judicial reform was determined by the practical implementation of the principle of separation of the state power in a democratic state, the judicial power is autonomous according to its competitions and it has an equal statute with the legislative and executive power. |
