The paper will present the main steps done by Republic of Moldova within the context of public management concept identification. Thus, it will show the importance and evolution of Central Public Administration Reform implementation and the achieved results. As the research will focus on the existing legislation in the field and official reports on this topic, it may be considered as summarized information about the modernization and opening of the national public management system of Republic of Moldova. |
