As a result of the use of gamma rays induced mutagenesis, soybean lines that significantly outweigh the control berries (Zodiac and Alina) by grain yield per plant and by the weight of 1000 seeds have been selected in years favorable for this crop. The studied soybean lines showed a different resistance to some unfavouarable environmental conditions, especially in drought and heat. Some lines with increased productivity are more sensitive to the drought and heat conditions, and others have higher resistance to these conditions than the control. |
