Rezumat

Research on the combinatorial abilities of five genotypes of autumn triticale highlights the implication of maternal genetic effects in harnessing grain binding capacity. Depending on the combination, the reaction of triticale F1 hybrids to Septoria tritici is inherited both dominantly and recessively. The implication of parental genetic effects in the expression and interaction of resistance genes demonstrates the possibility of improving the culture for resistance in early hybrid generations. The results on negative favorable heterosis of septoriosis resistance highlights the possibility of capitalizing this kind of variability towards the creation of triticale commercial hybrids. In the relationship of manifestation of the disease to the reciprocal hybrids F1 and F2, a high significant correlation was established (r = 0.81, p <0.05).
