In 2015-2017 the characteristic of the dynamics of fungal infections of barley were investigated. The decisions to seed treatment execution, the protectant choice and its consumption norm should take into account the phytosanitary status of seed, phytosanitary situation forecast in the future growing season. During cereals diseases monitoring in the Transnistria the pathogenic complex of diseases fungi were identified. The main disease of cereals, as in previous years, were blotches. The article presents the results of evaluation of barley varieties for resistance to spot blotch of barley (Bipolaris sorokiniana). Two samples are selected having complex resistance to diseases.
