Rezumat

The biological effectiveness in restraining the development of root rot of maize seedlings of the biological preparations Gliocladin-SC and Trichodermin-SC was determined under laboratory conditions. Seeds were infected with pathogenic fungi Fusarium verticillioides and F.graminearum, treated with biological preparations and germinated in a sterile substrate. The efficacy of the Gliocladin-SC biopreparation was 38,3% in the inhibition of the F.verticillioides pathogen and 42,8% in the inhibition of the pathogen F.graminearum on a hard infection background. The effectiveness of the biological preparation Trichodermin-SC was 39,2% and 56,6%, respectively.
