The actuality of the problems of inheritance is determined by the process of positive changes in all domains of social and economic life, by the denial of socialist concepts and dogmas, which determined the way of life of Moldavian citizens for a period that lasted more than half a century. This article analyzes profoundly the legal characteristics of inheritance, identifies the problems regarding inheritance and gives solutions to these problems. |
