Rezumat

Oxidized Moldstim is a semi–synthesis compound obtained by selective oxidation of Moldstim (a furostanol glycoside). The emphasis of this work was to test the new obtained oxidized Moldstim as grow up factor for pear trees. The influence of the plant compounds with steroidal glycoside structure was studied on the two pear cultivars in the 3 rd year of vegetation. The treatments consisted in spraying the aqueous solution of oxidized Moldstim, at different doses and ways of using. The experiments results pointed out the positive effects of the influence of treatments with steroidal glycosides on the photosynthetic pigment and soluble solids contents.
