The theories explained by the researchers have of course an essential importance when we are studying the phenomenon of bullying in the school environment, but themselves individually taken are not enough. It is necessary to analyze the behavior of the abuser investigating every dimension of theories and systemically analyzing the contribution of each theory. It is possible that all the theories explain the underlying mechanisms of abusive behaviors in relationships with others but do not forget the role of the social factor in analyzing bullying. To understand the issue of bullying behavior it is necessary to analyze and the role of social factors, student teacher relationship, school rules, sanctions and rewards, economic, cultural context, legislation in the field of education, the mechanisms of influence within the school group, the influence of group psychology and mechanisms related to social psychology. |
