Rezumat | ||||||
The article refers to approach of the concept of educational leadership in terms of its importance for the professional development and in-service teacher training. Thus, we conclude that leadership is not an additional task for teachers, but an effective tool for them to improve performance, to be motivated to promote and implement change, innovation, creation. Teacher-leader has an opportunity to identify problems and find the most appropriate way to solve them through personal research. Dissemination of the research results provides to educational community the opportunities to exchange the best practices and to find out constructive solutions to current problems of teaching activity. |
