Rezumat

A method of a standard free analysis of the elemental composition of solids based on the data on the degree of ionization of a number of elementary substances under the effect of a spark discharge in vacuum is proposed. The ratio of the sensitivity of the impurity detection to the sensitivity of the matrix registration is shown to be equal to the ionization degree of the elementary substances.
