Rezumat

The chemical reactions and their enthalpies from CuSe, SnSe and ZnSe in molten CdI2 in closed vacuum ampoules were investigated. Differential thermal analysis (DTA) was used for the determination of temperatures of processes taking place. XRD and Raman spectroscopy were performed for the phase analysis of heating for prolonged samples time at temperfature higher than peak top in DTA. The occurring chemical reactions and their enthalpies were derived. The recrystallization of CZTSe in CdI2 was investigated. The grain sintering in three different flux materials (CdI2, NaI, KI) was compared. The results confirmed Cu2SnSe3, Cu2SnSe4, CdSe, Cu2CdSnSe4, Cu2ZnSnSe4, Zn1-xCdxSe compounds.
