Drought conditions in plants, especially wheat productivity in many scientific studies have explored the effects of drought as a result of not only focuses on the study of physiological and biochemical indices of change, drought-resistant plants, based on their fixed rate. Research on drought resistance of plants to the water system, in most cases, on the basis of skills and the ability to adapt to natural conditions associated with heat and thirst, and in addition to the scientific interest in the nature of drought-tolerant plants, is of practical importance. Thus, it is connected directly to the final product. Assimilation of the yield surface is defined by the size and durability of the surface. Thus, the optimal size of the leaf surface, only to access more quickly, but it is also important to maintain the activity over a long time. 40-50 thousand m2 / ha, which is equal to the sheet surface is considered to be optimal. Field experiments were conducted in other crops, including wheat, causing some believe that the optimization of culture conditions and 50-70 min yield m2 / ha higher in the leaf surface Increased leaf area does not increase the efficiency of their economic and biological products. Regime, the optimum size of the light part of the increase in planting the leaf surface, resulting in a rapidly deteriorating reduces the possibility of a lower level assimilation leaves. Drought conditions in plants, especially wheat production in most studies examining the effects of drought as a result of not only the main emphasis is to study the changes of physiological and biochemical indices of drought-tolerant plants on the basis of their review. Stress factors (drought, salt, light and so on). Bread and durum wheat genotypes in the photosynthetic apparatus of the effects of structural and functional components. As is known, during the development drought, primarily, it also reduces the ability of photosynthetic assimilation and leaves the surface. Therefore, reducing the size of the leaf surface in times of drought is one of the main reasons for changes in performance over the years. So at the present period the disappearance rate of plants overtakes and surpasses the rate of species generation and the reason of this is discrease of species adaptation opportunities connected with sharp worsen of environmental conditions and this in its turn leads unexampled discrease of biodefference innin situ condition. In connection with the above-mentioned the purpose of the research consists of quantitative determination of collected and studied species parametres in the laboratory condition. The findings obtained from the researches enable direct assessment of drought resistance by a number of possible methods, which allows early stage development of the drought resistant sorts of wheat plant not in various aspects but predictability of their potential productivity. s as the result ekological-genetik monitoring.
